1. Shipping Process & Courier Handling
- All orders placed on www.ozebythd.com are processed through CSS ELOGIX L.L.C, our official courier partner.
- Every item is carefully inspected, packaged securely, and handed over to the courier in perfect condition to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
2. Proof of Delivery
- Our courier partner will contact the customer prior to delivery to confirm your address and availability. If they need to reschedule, the delivery will be adjusted to the customer’s preferred time.
- Once the order is successfully delivered, the customer will receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message as a proof of delivery.
- Ôzé securely retains all delivery confirmation records to validate successful handover.
3. Delivery Destinations
We ship worldwide, with the following exceptions:
- Israel, Syria, Sudan, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Crimea

- UAE Orders: TBA
GCC & International Orders: TBA - Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation
- Delivery timelines:
- UAE: 1–3 business days
- GCC: 3–4 business days
- International: 3–4 business days
- We do not currently offer express shipping.
