1. Ordering from Ôzé
- Orders must be placed through www.ozebythd.com
- Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be edited or canceled
- If sizing is incorrect, you may request a size exchange for the same item, subject to availability and return conditions
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide, with the exception of: Israel, Syria, Sudan, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Crimea.
Delivery timelines:- UAE: 1–3 business days
- GCC: 3–4 business days
- International: 3–4 business days
- We do not currently offer express shipping.
- All orders are shipped via CSS ELOGIX L.L.C.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or OFAC-sanctioned countries.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all shipping and contact information
- Ôzé is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
- Payments are charged immediately upon placing your order

6. Non-Refund Policy
Ôzéfollows a strict no-refund policy
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect (see Section 6 in Return & Exchange Policy). In such a case, you will receive store credit that you can use on any product from our online store.
- We encourage you to reach out to our team for sizing assistance before placing your order, if you are uncertain about the fit
7. Liability Limitations:
Ôzé is not liable for delays or disruptions outside our control, including customs delays, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions. We’ll always do our best to support you if such situations arise.
8. Legal & Compliance:
- Ôzé by THD L.L.C-FZ maintains the ozebythd.com website
- United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. All legal matters shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with UAE law
- Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
- We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries
- Users under the age of 18 may not register or transact on the website

- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
9. Cancelation policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the
customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
