Important for Secure Payment (3-D Secure / OTP)
- After clicking “Make Payment”, you will be redirected to your bank’s secure page for authentication.
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) or follow your bank’s instructions within the time limit to complete the payment.
- Ensure that your card is enrolled in 3-D Secure (sometimes called “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode”).
- If you do not receive or enter the code in time, the payment will be declined by your bank.
- If you experience issues, please use another 3-D Secure–enabled card or contact your bank.

- بعد الضغط على «إتمام الدفع» سيتم توجيهك إلى صفحة البنك الآمنة لإتمام التحقق.
- أدخل رمز التحقق (OTP) أو اتبع تعليمات البنك خلال المهلة المحددة لإكمال الدفع.
- تأكّد أن بطاقتك مسجّلة في خدمة ٣-دي سيكيور (مثل “Verified by Visa” أو “Mastercard SecureCode”).
- إذا لم تستلم الرمز أو لم تُدخله في الوقت المحدد، فسيتم رفض الدفع من البنك.
- في حال واجهت مشكلة، يُرجى استخدام بطاقة أخرى مفعّلة بخدمة ٣-دي سيكيور أو التواصل مع البنك.
